1. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping Threshold

  • For prepaid orders above ₹555, shipping within India is free.
  • For orders below ₹555, a flat shipping fee of ₹30 will be charged.
     

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
  • After dispatch, customers receive an email with tracking details (courier name + tracking number).
  • Please note: weekends and public holidays are excluded from processing timelines.

3. Delivery Time & Regions

  • Delivery times usually range from 3–7 business days, depending on location and courier service.
  • Hey Teen currently ships across India.
  • Deliveries to remote or out-of-service areas may take longer.

4. Tracking & Updates

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.
  • In case of courier delays, our support team will keep you informed via email.
  • Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate to avoid delivery issues.

5. Failure to Deliver / Returned Orders

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, repeated non-availability, or refusal to accept, the shipment may be returned to us.
  • Reshipping charges may apply. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after we receive and verify the returned shipment.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and details.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund after review.
  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier and resolve the issue promptly.

7. Delays & Force Majeure

  • While we aim for timely deliveries, unexpected delays (e.g. strikes, weather, natural calamities, or courier issues) may occur.
  • Hey Teen will keep you updated and work to resolve such delays at the earliest.
