At HEY TEEN, we want your glow-up delivered right to your door! Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another with your tracking details once it's shipped.

Shipping Across India

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India.

Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders (Online Payment): FREE shipping on all orders
• COD (Cash on Delivery): ₹60 additional COD handling charge applicable

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS. You can use this link to track your package in real time.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us and we'll investigate with our courier partner immediately.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the item. We'll make it right because Teens First, In Everything We Do.

Non-Deliverable or Returned Orders

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional charges may apply.

International Shipping

We currently ship within India only. International shipping coming soon stay tuned!
