Hey Teen Refund Policy

Because we sell personal care and cosmetic products, this item cannot be returned once opened or used. Your health and hygiene matter to us ❤️

However, if you receive a product that’s damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect, you’re eligible for a free replacement*.

To start the process, simply email us at support@heyteen.in.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and all the instructions to return the product safely.
Please note: Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

🛍️ Damages or Issues?

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If something’s not right — wrong product, damage, or defect — contact us immediately so we can fix it quickly!


🚫 What Can’t Be Returned?

We don’t accept returns on:

  • Used/opened products

  • Beauty and personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Custom orders or personalized products

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

  • Sale items or gift cards

The fastest way to get what you want:

  1. Contact us to return the original product

  2. Once approved, place a new order separately


🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you’re entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked.
The item must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.
If approved, your money will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note, it might take some time for your bank or card company to process it on their end.
